Is the English version easy to read if I’m not a native speaker?

No worries! English isn’t my first language either, and one of my main priorities was to make this book clear and easy to understand for people worldwide. I avoided difficult academic language and explained everything in simple terms. Easier to read = better progress!

Do I need any OAHS experience to start?

No. The book starts from level zero. I explain the basic mechanics, how often and how intensely to train the skill, what exercises to use, and when to rest. Every step is explained clearly, so you always know what you’re working on and why.

I can already hold a one-arm handstand. Will the book help me improve the skill?

Absolutely. In this book, I go deep into the key training principles, workout structure, and the most effective methods I use. All the things that helped me progress from basic holds to OAHS mastery — inside.
